Summer Learning Journey Week 4 Day 2 Activity 3

For this activity we were asked to write about a role model that we look up to. In my case it is my best friend Deakyn Hands. He is super smart and is always on task, this year at the school prize giving he won student of the year and got a big trophy. The teacher praised him for being well behaved. Deakyns dad owns the business Badboy Graphix in Totara Flat.

    Hi Blake,

    I think it is awesome that your best friend is your role model! Sometimes the best role models are not celebrities, but people we actually know and care about. Deakyn sounds like a great friend to have. How did you become friends?

    I have lots of role models in my life, like my parents, or my best friend Sam. Sam is an author, and he has written a series of young-adult fantasy books. He is a great inspiration to me. He has a dream, and he works hard everyday to accomplish it.
