Summer Learning Journey Week 4 Day 3 Activity 2

For this activity we were asked to create a movie. My movie would be about an outbreak of human sized lizards that when they bite a human the human turns to acid. My main characters are Ben the geeky one, Sam the one that knows how to fight, Clarence the one that nobody in the group likes and Misha the member of the group that is a girl but has served in the war. What happens in the movie is everyone lives normal lives, but when scientists get ambushed by lizards and they escape killing everyone until they find their leader in the middle of a jungle and if someone doesn't stop them the lizards will tell their leader and send a even bigger army but thankfully the heroes find a weak-spot through their bulletproof skin which is under the neck and they save the planet... or so they thought

    Thank you for sharing your movie synopsis!

    This sounds like an absolutely wild story… I imagine you would need a big budget and an expert visual effects team to bring this movie to life. How did you come up with main characters?

    This sounds a little bit Jurassic Park mixed with Godzilla. Your human sized lizard monsters sound nasty, what a terrifying sight! How did you come up with this idea? Is it inspired from other monster movies, or did you make it all up from scratch?

    “...or so they thought” - I like how you ended your movie synopsis on a cliffhanger. Maybe one lizard survived, or maybe their leader was already on their way! There are a lot of possibilities for a sequel movie I think.

    Well done Blake, this is a really creative movie idea :)
