Concluding The Journey

one thing I learned in the summer learning journey was how bad pollution is on earth.

one thing that surprised me was that fishing is banned in places and the fine is $100000.

one thing that upset me was no one is really doing anything about the pollution problem.

one thing my family could do is create a foundation that helps protect endangered plants.

  1. Hi Blake

It is great that you have completed this last activity. Although you haven't done all of the activities it is great that you have filled in this evaluation of the programme.
I am so pleased that you got something out of it and have learnt some things. If we all do our bit for protecting, caring and helping the environment we would live in a far better place.

I hope that you enjoyed the activities that you did and I know that Evelyn has enjoyed reading your work over the summer. Please feel free to go back to do anymore activities if you want to. We will still be checking in on your blog over the next week just in case you decide to do a few more.

Enjoy the rest of the holidays Blake and I look forward to seeing you when I come back to Awahono School in February.

    Until then

    Allie :)

  2. Hello Blake,
Well done for completing the Summer Learning Journey and learning a lot of stuff throughout the holidays. I am very proud of you for being worried about the environment because it shows you really care.

It is quite upsetting that the people here in this world aren't putting the most of their efforts into stopping pollution, so maybe you can be one of the people that change the world. It is amazing that you will think about making a foundation for endangered plants, because that is 1 step closer to making Earth better again.

What is the best thing part of the Summer Learning Journey?
